Shipping policy

Shipping and Processing 
Most orders are delivered 1-3 business days after the order is shipped (this does not include processing time). Some orders are currently made to order so please allow up to 5 days after purchase for processing (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). Orders to Hawaii and Alaska arrive in 3 - 7 business days after processing; orders to US Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other countries outside the U.S. usually take about 2 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your order after 14 business days, please contact support@raresouloutfitters.com immediately! 

Wrong Address Disclaimer 
Please provide your correct email address and preferably your contact number so that we can contact you should there be any problems with ambiguous shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

USPS Shipping 
When packages have left our headquarters and are in the hands of USPS we have no control over the package. USPS sometimes mark packages delivered before the actual delivery of the package, please be patient with them. If it has been over 48 hours contact your local USPS for more information. Raresoul Outfitters is not responsible for incorrect addresses, stolen, lost or misplaced packages.
