Refund policy

Currently, all sales are final. If we so happen to be experiencing any delays during our processing time, we will notify you with expected ship date and offer a refund if it exceeds your time of expectation.

Damages and issues
If you receive defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days so that we can evaluate the issue. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be provided with a prepaid return shipping label and automatically refunded on your original payment method once we receive your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please contact us at support@raresouloutfitters.com if more than 15 business days has passed since we’ve approved your return.

Note: All items are screen printed, processed, and thoroughly inspected before shipping out. We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for any items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
